Exciting news for all employers! International Fox Agency is building a digital service to help especially SME’s in hiring international employees. The service will advise employers in detail on best practices, processes, rights and obligations related to hiring a new employee of foreign nationality. Our working title for the service is PocketRelo HR.
We are very excited about this new service development and hope that the service will encourage more employers to hire international talent. We understand that the many details related to international hires can feel complicated, especially when starting to hire foreign employees. We know what to do, so we thought it would be useful to create a helpful service providing this in-depth knowledge.
The service is currently under development. It will be available online and easy to use, with no long-term commitment or excessive technical resource requirements. We want to thank Business Finland for the Innovation Voucher which enabled us to create a demo version of PocketRelo HR together with CYF Digital Services.
