Tervetuloa kansainvälisen rekrytoinnin maailmaan. IFA on tuottanut kattavan kansainvälisen rekrytoinnin oppaan ja esitteen yhteistyössä Kokka kohti Suomea -hankkeen, Varsinais-Suomen ELY-keskuksen ja Talent Boost -toimijoiden kuten Work in Finlandin kanssa. Opas ja esite ovat tarjolla ilmaiseksi kolmella kielellä Business Finlandin verkkosivuilla. Molemmat on päivitetty vuonna 2025.

Osaavan työvoiman löytäminen on kasvava ongelma kaikilla toimialoilla ympäri Suomea, varsinkin kasvukeskuksissa. Suomessa on jo kansainvälisiä osaajia, jotka haluavat työllistyä osaamistaan vastaaviin tehtäviin ja sen lisäksi tarvitaan myös työperäistä maahanmuuttoa, jotta voidaan vastata erilaisiin tulevaisuuden tarpeisiin. Harkitessaan kansainvälisen työntekijän rekrytointia työnantaja moninkertaistaa mahdollisuutensa löytää sopiva työntekijä.

Opas ja esite kokoavat yhteen olennaista tietoa, joka on otettava huomioon kansainvälisissä rekrytointiprosesseissa eli ulkomaalaisten tai aiemmin ulkomailla asuneiden työntekijöiden rekrytoinnissa. International Recruitment Guide and Brochure

Welcome to the world of international recruitment. IFA has produced the national International Recruitment Guide in collaboration with the Course towards Finland project and Talent Boost network members such as Work in Finland. The guide and brochure are available in three languages for free on Business Finland’s website. Both have been updated in 2025.

The guide and brochure contain essential information to consider in international recruitment processes, meaning the recruitment of foreign nationals or employees who have previously lived abroad. The availability of skilled workforce has become an increasingly common problem in Finland in almost all sectors and geographic areas, and particularly in the growth centres. At present, Finland’s labour needs cannot be met with the country’s own population alone. International workforce already living in Finland is eager to find employment that matches their skillset and, in addition, work based immigration is needed to answer the different needs. When employers consider the option of international recruitment, they significantly increase their chances of finding the best employee candidates.
